New Computer Setup Package:
Now that you've taken the first step,
let us set it up and teach you the basics!

* We will setup a new, never before used computer system in your home or business. This system must only have the factory installed software, operating system, and hardware installed. This service is not intended for previously existing systems. Please contact us for a free consultation if you have needs other than this.

* We will establish an internet connection to One Internet Provider of your choice. This applies to Service Providers that can be set up at the time of the "New Computer Setup". If you wish to setup a DSL or Cable connection you should contact the Service Provider and make arrangements ahead of time to have this service active and have all equipment available at the time of the "New Computer Setup". We may not be able to establish an internet connection if the service has not been subscribed to and if the equipment is not available at the time of the New Computer Setup.

* We will establish a connection to 1 printer. The customer is responsible for making sure that the printer is compatible with the computer. Please contact us prior to making the purchase of the computer and/or printer if you would like a free consultation. We will not be able to establish the printer connection if the computer and printer are not compatible.

* This service is only available for legally licensed Windows XP (Home or Professional), or Windows 2000 systems. Please contact us if you have needs other than this.

* Additional Software Setup - We will install and configure additional software titles at your request. Software must be provided by you and be fully licensed by you. We can provide basic training on most software titles. We may not be able to provide training on certain software titles that we are not familiar with. You must notify us prior to the New Software Setup appointment if you wish to have us install additional software titles.

* Training - We will provide training on complete operation of your new computer. Items such as the following may be covered...

Turning the computer on and off
Starting the operating system
Using the mouse and buttons
Starting a program
Closing a program
Printing
Review of folders and icons
Saving a file
Saving a file to a 3½ floppy disk
Review connecting to your internet provider
Review using the CD/CDR-RW/DVD-ROM

There may be certain advanced topics that we can not provide training on due to us not being familiar with them. We will make every effort to find you the information you need if we can not personally assist you with a topic.

We will be happy to Design, Redesign, or Maintain your website making changes or updates as needed. Then you'll be free to do what you do best, run your business.

Speed & Accuracy:
We know that the accuracy of information pertaining to your business is critical, and in many ways, time sensitive delivery of the information is equally important, so we'll always do our best get it done quickly and accurately. If an honest mistake does happen and it's our fault, we'll always fix it free.

Monday - Friday turnaround times of 2 to 24 hours can be expected depending on the size of the job.

Website Maintenance Policy:

Updates are completed within 24 hours of the time they are received, except weekends and holidays. Updates received after 3:00pm EST may not be completed until the next business day unless prior arrangements have been made.
Time is based on actual total time involved in completing the updates at the time of billing (usually the third week of the month). There is a one-half hour minimum charge for updates made during any given monthly billing cycle. If no updates or changes have been requested, there is no monthly fee for maintenance.
Although we make every effort to make accurate changes, it is the client's responsibility to review updates and notify us of any necessary changes that need to be made. We do not charge for changes that are our fault. However, if a change needs to be made due to client error, the regular hourly update fees will be charged.
Updates should be provided electronically (by email) as much as possible. Attachments should be in .txt or .doc (Word) format. Pictures need to be .jpg or .gif. Updates may also be sent by postal mail or by fax. These require retyping data or scanning photos and will cost more to complete the changes.

Repair Crashed Windows or Hard Drive:
Disaster Recovery. We can help you get your computer back to a working state. In many cases, we can even recover information from your dead PC. (if your computer crashes, please call us before trying to reinstall windows with your recovery disc)
