We provide quality service You are currently viewing the "Remote Computer Access" page. My Instant Virtual Office (MyIVO) This is just a snapshot about how the connection is made. We need to talk first to schedule a time to provide the actual service. Using MyIVO is as easy as 1-2-3. Through MyIVO Web Conferencing screen-sharing, customers can share their PC screen over the internet with a qualified technician - both parties communicate and interact "visually" while discussing problems and resolutions over the phone. We may also invite other technicians (to the Web conferencing session) for additional assistance. With "virtual on-site support", technicians can be made available to assist any customer without geographical constraints. The results are: Improved quality of service
Our Telephone Support & Remote Computer Access service is available only if your computer is still working and has a solid internet connection. You will also need to talk on the phone with us while we're fixing the problem, so you'll need one of the following:
In your
system tray (bottom right corner of your screen), right click on the "MyIVO"
icon
In the example above, the user needing technical assistance invites a technical support staff to his/her PC. The support staff and the user will share the same PC screen during the meeting session. The user authorizes the technician to have "full control" so he/she can control the user's PC to provide support remotely. When
we receive your e-mail and accept the invitation, you will see a new screen
on your desktop that says "Grant Access Permission". You will also
be able to allow additional guest privileges. The default guest privilege
is "View Only".
Other support staff can be invited to the same meeting session following the steps above. Home: Rates: Services: Payments: About Us: "Pops"
