New Computer Setup Package: Now that you've taken the first step, let us set it up and teach you the basics! This "New Computer Setup Package" covers up to 2 hours of setup and training time. Additional time can be purchased at the rate of $40.00 per hour. This rate is only for the "New Computer Setup" appointment. This package includes One trip to your location. Any additional appointments may be billed at our normal On-Site Rates. $80 Flat Rate Minimum Service Calls: Canceled Appointments: Parts, Shipping & Taxes: The minimum time billed for On-Site Service or Training is one hour. All scheduled appointments require a Two Hour Notice of Cancellation to avoid a one hour minimum charge. Fees do not include parts, shipping or taxes. Call Time Estimates: The shortest calls are usually problem free software installations and configurations for single user computers and take anywhere from a 1/2 hour to 2 hours. Mid length, more problematic calls that require in depth troubleshooting, can average 2 - 4 hours depending on the complexity of the problem and the number of computers involved. The longest calls usually involve virus and/or spyware recovery, system transfers and operating system reinstallation's that can run anywhere from 4 - 8 hours on average. Reality Check: Although we would like to tell you in advance how long your call will take, the reality of the PC environment is that timing is very unpredictable. If you're not comfortable with an open-ended appointment, let us know and we'll set an initial time limit when we'll stop working and review our progress with you. This allows you to limit initial costs and make an informed decision whether to proceed any further.
